FAQ

What time should I arrive to Upper East?

Doors open for our guests at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive between 4:00pm and 4:20pm so you are seated in time for our ceremony to begin promptly at 4:30pm. If you will need to park your car, keep in mind that the parking garage is a short walk away from our venue. Closer street parking may or may not be available.

Where should I park?

If you are unable to find street parking near the venue, there is a parking structure (5613 8th Avenue) that is 0.2 miles away. Both street parking and parking in the structure are free.

What food will be provided?

There will be a few light appetizers during our Cocktail Hour immediately following the ceremony. For dinner, we will start with caesar salad and rolls, followed by the plated option you chose on your RSVP (beef tips, chicken, or stuffed poblano). Dessert and a late-night snack will also be provided.

Will my dietary restrictions be met for every meal?

We have alerted our catering team of any dietary restrictions that were declared on your RSVP. These will apply only to dinner. Other food options (appetizers, dessert, and late-night snack) may not follow your specific restrictions. Feel free to sneak away to Public Brewing Company (right below our venue) if you need a little something extra. They have a great allergen guide on their website!

What is the dress code for guests?

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Have fun playing dress-up for the night!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or extra guests?

Please refer to your invitation for the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. Thank you for understanding that we had to limit our guest list. We hope that YOU are still able to join us!

Will your wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Feel free to bring a sweater or light jacket if you tend to get cold!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Please keep your phone away so you can be fully present for our ceremony. Our officiant will let you know when there is a designated moment to snap a photo. We have a wonderful photographer who will get plenty of amazing pictures! Thank you for understanding!

What do I need to know about the schedule?

Please plan ahead so you are seated in time for our ceremony to begin at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour will begin immediately following our ceremony, in the same space. Dinner will be served around 6:30pm, with dancing to follow until 11:30pm.

When is the deadline to book a hotel room at the group rate?

The deadline to book our hotel blocks was Friday, April 18, 2025.
